Our purpose

AI Workflow Advisory helps executives, founders, professional teams, and independent experts make better operating decisions. The work identifies credible market signals, examines the workflow beneath the technology, and translates evidence into practical questions, controls, and implementation choices.

Evidence hierarchy

Highest weight

Primary evidence

Research papers, official technical documentation, regulatory material, public filings, product documentation, and directly attributable company sources.

Context

Credible reporting

Established business and technology reporting used to add context, independent observations, timelines, or stakeholder perspectives.

Pattern signal

Market examples

Vendor pages and customer stories treated as evidence of positioning or implementation direction, not as independent proof of performance.

Excluded

Untraceable claims

Anonymous statistics, unattributed summaries, invented benchmarks, and claims that cannot be tied to a reviewable source are not presented as fact.

How analysis is constructed

  1. State the observable evidence. Identify what the source actually says, demonstrates, measures, or claims.
  2. Classify the source. Distinguish independent research from vendor positioning, reporting, or interpretation.
  3. Extract the operating pattern. Map the workflow, participants, data, applications, AI role, controls, handoffs, and outcome.
  4. Test business relevance. Ask who benefits, what changes, what must be true, what could fail, and what evidence would prove value.
  5. Separate fact from inference. Label analytical conclusions as conclusions, not as source statements.
  6. Translate into action. Provide decision criteria, diagnostic questions, implementation options, and measurable next steps.
Editorial boundary

A source can reveal a useful pattern without proving a universal result.

Vendor examples are analyzed as market evidence. They are not treated as independent validation, client endorsements, or guarantees that another organization will achieve the same outcome.

Claims and language

We prefer precise language over inflated certainty. Terms such as can, may, and indicates are used when outcomes depend on implementation or evidence is incomplete. Quantitative claims should name the source, population, period, and relevant limitation whenever those details are available. Forecasts and strategic interpretations are presented as analysis.

Editorial accountability

Dr. Alejandro Canonero retains responsibility for source review, analytical judgment, and published conclusions. Public claims, links, credentials, names, and quantitative statements are checked against available evidence before publication.

Independence and commercial relevance

AI Workflow Advisory is a commercial advisory practice. Published analysis may lead readers toward diagnostic tools or advisory services. That commercial purpose is kept visible. Articles that examine named vendors do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or compensation unless explicitly disclosed.

The advisory recommendation follows the workflow requirement. No technology purchase is assumed to be the correct first step. Where a vendor example is discussed, the business lesson is separated from the product claim.

Review and correction

Material pages include review or modification dates in their structured data. Links and time-sensitive claims may change after publication. When a meaningful factual error is identified, the page is corrected and its modification date is updated. Readers can report a source issue or correction by emailing alex.canonero@gmail.com.

What clients can expect

  • You should be able to distinguish source evidence from Dr. Canonero's interpretation.
  • You should be able to follow important claims back to a reviewable source.
  • You should understand the operating conditions and limitations around a recommendation.
  • You should leave with a better decision, not merely more enthusiasm for artificial intelligence.
Apply the standard
